Execute (open) the file.
In the Cookie Name (Change It with the file host),In the Cookie Value (Enter the premium cookie there)
In the Links (Enter your downloading links)
Create a IDM Export File (and make IDM file)
Then run Internet Download Manager and Import this file to resume your Download.

For Filesonic Cookies (Cookie name = PHPSESSID)
For Hotfile Cookies (Cookie name = auth)
