Facebook Really Going to be paid from 29 February (Fact or Rumor)

The biggest evidence for the rumor that facebook is not going to be paid for personal users also is the homepage of facebook itself where it is quiet elaborated that "Facebook is Free and Always Will Be"as the below picture describes and wraps up the whole humorous rumor..

Its a rumor for a week or so that facebook is going to be paid from 29 of February for using.I am also receiving text messages on my mobile that Social Networking is going to be Paid i.e;(Facebook for All Users 4$/Month). After researching and investigating ,I have concluded that it is not going to be paid for all  users but quiet a new premium features are introduced only those would be charged as was before that is through credit cards or facebook credit vouchers.

The Best Feature Which i liked the most is the Facebook Mobile Calling Feature.:-

    Some Other Premium Services which are introduced for the 4$/month Facebook Premium Package are:

1. Bigger Facebook profile photos
2. Improved SEO via updated Facebook URLs
3. Better using of the “About” box & “Info” tab
4. Use of “Like” boxes to increase inbound links
5. Incorporating your blog content into Facebook
6. Adding Google Analytics to your Facebook page
7. Posting (more) multimedia on your Facebook page
8. Hide all games/apps
9. Priority support
10. Remove the 5000 friends limit 
11. Remove ads for profiles and fan pages
