To Do So Follow Simple Steps Below:

  1. Open the desired document you want to password lock.
  2. Bang(Click) on the Microsoft agency Button present on the top left corner of the window.
  3. Now bang on the Save As choice
  4. There will be a new window will pop up.
  5. Bang on devices option at the base of the window.
  6. You will have two choices.
  7. Choose either one or both choices
  8. First is 'Password To Open' which will inquire for the password every time the document is opened.
  9. That is for viewing the document you have to fill in the password first.
  10. Other is 'Password To Modify' which will inquire for the password every time somebody endeavours to modify the document.
